I get an Oops page

Usually this is some type of loading issue. Please try:

  • At the top right, clicking the profile picuture/initials and logging out, then login again

  • Disabling any ad blockers

  • Try another PC/mobile device to see if the issue is device or account specific

  • If possible, test on another network to see if there is something being blocked at your network level (some enterprise networks block certain URLs)

If the issue persists, lease can you take a screenshot of the oops error page and share it with our support.
